For online orders, we accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please note that all apothecary, lingerie, pierced jewelry, swimwear and sale items are final sale.

For pop up shop purchases, we are happy to take it back for credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached. Please note that all apothecary, lingerie, hosiery, pierced jewelry, eyewear, vintage, swimwear and sale items are final sale.
