SHIPPING

Most of our orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase from beautiful Hilo, Hawaiʻi, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

International Shipping Methods

We try to find the best shipping to our international customers. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary depending on address.

Taxes and Customs

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.


RETURNS

For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please note that all apothecary, lingerie, pierced jewelry, swimwear and sale items are final sale.

For pop up shop purchases, we are happy to take it back for credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached. Please note that all apothecary, lingerie, hosiery, pierced jewelry, eyewear, vintage, swimwear and sale items are final sale.

International

For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please note that all apothecary, lingerie, pierced jewelry, swimwear and sale items are final sale.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when we have processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

Can I return Final Sale items?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned. If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return we will not process a return. We can donate it for you, or you can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
